Parmele Power Pesto

Delicious, nutritious, and easy pesto recipe!


1 c frozen spinach

1 c frozen kale

2 c fresh basil

4 cloves garlic

1 c dry roasted pumpkin seeds

2 c extra virgin olive oil

Blend in a food processor and… VOILA!!
