The best part of leftover turkey is how it can be transformed into multiple other delicious meals! Here’s my white chili concoction with green tomatoes from the last of the garden.
Sauté one onion and one head of garlic in olive oil with 2 teaspoons of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Add three small cans of fresh green chilies, three cans of organic white beans, three large chopped green tomatoes (optional) and shredded leftover turkey with 1/2 to 1 cup of added water depending on the thickness of the chili that you desire.
